The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation’s comment policy

At The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation, we use social media to raise awareness of the work we do to promote women’s rights in countries affected by war and conflict. We highlight the conditions women and girls face around the world, and explain what you can do to get involved and support our work and that of our partner organisations.

We work for a peaceful and equal world for everyone. For all women’s rights, in every corner of the world. We take a stand against injustice and inequality. Against violence and discrimination. Against the denial of women’s rights as human rights. That attitude is reflected in our social media channels.

You’re very welcome to comment on our content, reflect and discuss with others. We’re open to both criticism and praise, and respond to questions and comments as fast as we can.

We moderate our channels and delete any comment that violates applicable law. The same goes for comments that are toxic to the safe space we want our channels to be.

We delete and report all comments that contain personal attacks, threats or harassment, as well as posts that threaten or insult an individual or a group of people on the basis of their religion or belief, ethnic affiliation or skin colour, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability or age. Neither do we tolerate any pornographic content, spam or messages marketing third parties.

We also delete posts and comments that are off-topic if they do not make a positive contribution to the discussion in some other way.

Users that repeatedly violate this policy will be banned from our channels.

If you spot any content in our channels that you feel violates anyone’s rights or dignity, please contact us by sending us a direct message.
