The Gender Analysis of the 2020 Country Reports, now in its third edition, shows that gender mainstreaming of these official documents has been improving but it is far from satisfactory. Greater efforts are needed to ensure that a gender analysis informs all chapters of the Reports, beyond Chapter 19, 23 and 24. This year, in addition to general recommendations, we also provide country-specific recommendations to improve the reporting in 2021.
